Default Customizing Hero panel interface

I'd very much like a way to customize the Hero panels, much like the rest of the UI within Options. Easiest way is probably with the addition of another tab in Options after Interface called Hero Panels since it might be too cluttered to try to change the editing of these also on the current Interface edit screen, but I leave the hows to Anet.

I'd love to be able run them vertically, myself, moving their status indicators to the right of them, resizing them so I can fit all three vertically on the left-hand side of my screen when they are visible. I know many others from reading would like to move the status indicators, say above the panels so they can put the panels on the bottom of the screen, or to the right of each panel so they can be stacked tightly.

At any rate, it'd be great to be able to edit these so one can get them in line with the way they've edited the rest of the UI.
